Neighborhood Reuse Center - Clerk
As a volunteer clerk you will assist customers with shopping and transactions, accept donations, educate the public about USE Austin’s mission and ongoing projects as well as sort and shelve inventory as time permits. This is a great opportunity for people who enjoy conversing and interacting with the public. Hours are Tuesdays to Fridays from 1 to 6 and Saturdays from 11 to 5.
Materials Processing
As a materials processor you sort and shelve incoming goods, help develop and refine material processing systems and translate system/processing decisions into an emerging database. We are looking for people who love to organize and have good problem solving skills. A background in inventory management, database development or project management would be a bonus. Hours are flexible.
Austin Materials Exchange (ATXMX)
As we are widening the reach of this project we are always looking for material donors and suppliers! We are also in need of transporters, creatives, and relationship builders who will go out and meet with local businesses to help us make new connections and find exciting materials.

Do you love puzzles? Let us give you free puzzles. In exchange, you count the pieces and input information about the puzzle into our database.
